3. Professional Services Disclaimer

Canvas provides HR consulting, people development, professional training, coaching, and wellbeing services.

These services:

• Do not constitute therapy or clinical treatment

• Are intended for professional development, personal growth, and wellbeing awareness

Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility. Outcomes may vary depending on individual circumstances.

4. Registration & Payment

• Registration for paid workshops, coaching sessions, or events is confirmed only upon full payment.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Canvas does not store or have access to your full card details.

• Prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.

• Complimentary introductory sessions may be offered at Canvas’s discretion. Registration is required to secure participation.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop or session are eligible for a refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event or for no-shows.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or card provider to reflect the refunded amount.

• Participants are encouraged to contact Canvas directly regarding any concerns related to their booking or payment so that issues can be resolved promptly.

• Canvas reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future session.

6. Participant Responsibility & Wellbeing

Participants attend workshops, sessions, and events voluntarily and are responsible for assessing their own physical and emotional condition prior to participation.

Canvas shall not be held liable for any injuries, discomfort, losses, or damages arising from participation in workshops, sessions, or related activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable UAE laws, Canvas shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use this website

• Reliance on any content provided

• Participation in services, programs, or sessions

All content and services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

8. External Links

This website may include links to third-party websites. Canvas does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any external sites.

9. Amendments
