Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Canvas Coaching & Consulting (“Canvas”), we aim to create a respectful and professional environment for all participants. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully before registering for any workshop, session, or event.
1. Registration Confirmation
Registration for paid workshops, coaching sessions, or events is confirmed only upon full payment.
For complimentary introductory sessions, registration is required to secure participation.
2. Participant Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled workshop or session are eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, or failure to attend (no-show), are non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or card provider to reflect the refunded amount on your account statement.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
4. Event Changes or Cancellation by Canvas
Canvas reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop or session due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient registrations, or other operational reasons.
In such cases, participants will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer their registration to a future session.

6. Transfer of Registration
Registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior written notice to Canvas at least 24 hours before the event.
